Please Note:
    ● You are responsible to pick up all trash and clean up your area before you leave each day.
    ● The committee Vendor Coordinator will determine the exact set location for vending.
    ● This application MUST be approved before you may participate.
    ● Receipt of this information does not ensure display space will be available for the coming year
    ● Vendors must stay the full reservation dates or their spot is forfeited with no refund.
    ● No refunds due to inclement weather.
    ● Allow at least 5 business days for consideration. 
    ● RCHF is not liable for vendor’s products.
    ● Vendors are responsible to carry their own license and insurance.
    The Heritage Festival Committee has the right to accept or deny any application for any reason.

    Payment info

    Upon receiving your approval email, you will be directed to pay by Check, Cash, or Credit. Information for payment will be included in the email. 
    I hereby request display space as indicated above. I further agree to
    comply with all the rules and regulations of the RCHF for display space.
